Little Vow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, billing information, shipping address and payment information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to accurately display the products offered through our store.
However, product appearance, colors, and engraving contrast may vary depending on device display settings and the natural characteristics of the materials used.
Because many of our products are made from laserable leatherette and other textured materials, the following variations may occur:
• engraving contrast may vary
• material tone may vary slightly
• texture patterns may vary
• engraving placement may vary slightly
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Many products offered by Little Vow are custom or personalized items created specifically based on customer-provided information.
By placing an order for a personalized item you acknowledge and agree that:
• you are responsible for submitting correct spelling, names, dates, and personalization details
• Little Vow is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
• personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold
Unless defective, personalized items are final sale.
Returns or replacements will only be provided if the item arrives damaged or if an engraving error was made by Little Vow.
SECTION 4 — DESIGN PROOFS
For certain custom orders, Little Vow will provide a design proof prior to engraving.
Customers will have 24–48 hours to review and approve the proof.
If approval is not received within 48 hours, the order may be delayed or canceled.
Approval of a proof confirms that:
• all spelling is correct
• dates and names are correct
• layout and design are approved for production
Little Vow is not responsible for errors present in an approved proof.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Little Vow reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.
Orders may not be canceled once submitted due to the custom nature of many products.
Production typically begins shortly after the order is placed or after proof approval if applicable.

SECTION 6 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Prices do not include:
• applicable sales taxes
• shipping fees
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and supported payment methods including credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and other methods made available through Shopify.
SECTION 7 — PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Most Little Vow products are made to order.
Typical production time for personalized items is 3–5 business days, depending on the order size and customization requirements.
Shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days once the order has shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Little Vow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including:
• engraving designs
• layout templates
• product designs
• images
• graphics
• text
• branding
are the intellectual property of Little Vow.
This includes engraving design templates such as Design A, Design B, Design C, and Design D.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from Little Vow.
Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
SECTION 9 — PERSONALIZATION CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Little Vow reserves the right to refuse engraving requests that contain:
• offensive or abusive language
• political messaging
• copyrighted phrases
• trademarked brand names
• content that infringes intellectual property rights
• content we deem inappropriate
Orders containing prohibited content may be canceled and refunded.
SECTION 10 — THIRD PARTY TOOLS
The Services may provide access to third-party tools which we do not control or monitor.
Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 11 — THIRD PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
Little Vow is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Little Vow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services.
However, any purchases made through this store are made directly with Little Vow.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Little Vow.
SECTION 13 — ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if incorrect information affects pricing, product descriptions, or availability.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within California.
