Return & Refund Policy
Because each Little Vow product is custom engraved and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
Custom and Personalized Items
All personalized items, including engraved coasters and other custom wedding keepsakes, are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
• change of mind
• incorrect information submitted by the customer
• event date changes
• delays caused by shipping carriers
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted names, dates, and spelling are correct at the time of purchase.
Order Review and Approval
For most personalized orders, a design proof may be provided prior to engraving. Once a proof is approved or engraving begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
If We Made an Error
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with an error that was made by Little Vow, we will correct it.
Examples include:
• incorrect spelling that does not match the information you submitted
• incorrect engraving design
• incorrect product color or style
• defective or damaged items caused during production
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlevow.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Issues
Little Vow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
